Edit: Post transaction fees for REAL are $225/transaction until you hit $6k and that unlocks ELITE. Afterwards it’s $100/transaction until you reset. Difference is eXp has a $250/transaction fee until you cap at $5k and are lowered to $100/transaction.

After 3.5 years at eXp Realty and now just passing 2 years at REAL I figured I’d give my insight on the two different brokerages and how they differ!
