Dhyana, a quick meditation session with Dzongsar Khyentse Rinpoche on March 31 to April 5, 2022. Rinpoche gave these 6 sessions of Dhyana teaching to the Hong Kong community during the difficult times. In the teachings, he taught how to use mediation to counter anxiety, depression and stress; how Dhyana can help us disentangle from our thoughts and emotions; guided us step by step with short meditation on body and mind which anyone can do. Rinpoche also talked about education, values, the loss of mental resilience in the modern world and how to be master of yourself.
