To preserve the grape / vine leaves is really very easy, we just have to make sure to wash the grape leaves well to sterilize the jars and make sure that the jars are sealed. Then store in a place away from light and heat!
INGREDIENTS
- 500 g grape / vine leaves
- 4 tsp salt
- 4 tsp lemon juice
- boiled hot water
- 4 jars with lids
