The Ontario Realtor® Wellness Program (ORWP) has been passed. Nearly 80%, 27 of the 34 Real Estate Member Boards across the province were in favour of of the Ontario Realtor® Wellness Program. 27 were in, 7 were out. My board of Waterloo Region, was not. This is mandatory real estate health insurance and that is the huge issue that is stirring up a lot of Realtors®. Is the Ontario Realtor Wellness Program good for Real Estate Agents long term? What are you thoughts?
