Our designer Kurt Josef Zalto* met with the well-known US sommelier André Hueston Mack at his wine bar '& Sons Ham Bar' in Brooklyn to talk about the crafting of the JOSEPHINE glasses.

Each glass from Josephinenhütte is a handblown, one-of-a-kind specimen that is handcrafted in multiple steps requiring many years of experience, skill, and concentration by master glassmakers. It is only in this way that we can achieve the desired quality of our JOSEPHINE glasses, which open new sensory dimensions with their visionary form and filigree qualities.
