fried wonton recipe:
ingredients:
- minced pork 1 lb
- 1/2 lb shrimp,peeled, minced
- 5 dried chinese mushroom, chopped (place the mushrooms in hot water,soak for 30 minutes, before used)
- 1/2 tsp ginger, minced
-1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp sugar
-1/2 tso salt
- 1 tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup spring onion,
- 1 tbsp corn strach
- 1 wonton wrappers
- oil for frying
- cornstarch slurry
Serve as an appetizer or as part of a meal with sweet and sour sauce or sweet and chili sauce.
