Sea salt cold brew is a delicious way to drink your coffee. The sweet and salty foam is rich, creamy and frothy. Here's what you'll need to make this ⤵️
Ingredients:
1 cup coarse coffee grinds
3 cups room temperature filtered water
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 tbs sugar
1/4 ts sea salt (adjust to your level)
1 tbs condensed milk
Instructions:
1. Pour coffee grinds into french press
2. Add filtered water and mix
3. Put the lid on and push the french press handle down by 1 inch. Let it brew in the fridge for 16 hours.
4. Add your heavy cream, sugar, and sea salt into a bowl. Whip by hand until your whisk leaves a light trail.
5. Add condensed milk and mix until combined. Put into an air tight container (will stay fresh for 2-3 days)
6. In a cup, add ice cubes, pour your cold brew and top with the cream
