Apex Benefits has launched its 2019 Indiana Employee Benefits Benchmarking Survey!
We know how tough it is to compete for candidates and retain employees in Indiana, and that’s why we are inviting you to take this survey. The survey results will help you compare your benefits to other Indiana employers based on size, industry, funding type and plan design, giving you insights that you won’t find anywhere else. This information is critical for recruitment and employee retention at a time when Indiana has an unemployment rate of just 3.3%.
