Here is what Karen told me about this place:
I made this photo on a Sunday morning of October - it was very quiet. It is the center of my hometown, Køge, a medieval town with 40 thousand inhabitant, 40 km south of Copenhagen. The street is called Church Street (danish: Kirkestraede) and the houses are up to 500 years old, some are with half-timbering. The atmosphere is historical - and provincial. People are relaxed and friendly as they pass through Kirkestraede on their way to and from the market (Saturday & Wednesday) or the shops nearby. I like to drop in at the library or just have a rest at the green spot around the church. It is a place that makes you feel good😊.
