Ube Halaya Recipe Using Frozen Grated Ube | Purple Yam Jam | Filipino Christmas Food Staple

In this video, I am making ube halaya for the first time using frozen grated ube or purple yam. I followed the recipe from another YouTuber @Chona's Kitchen and it turned out great! Check out the video here: [ Ссылка ]

Ingredients:
454g or 1 packet of frozen grated ube / purple yam (thawed)
1 tin coconut milk
1/4 cup white sugar
1 tin evaporated milk
1 tin condensed milk
ube flavouring (optional)
3/4 cup grated cheese
100g butter
