After me and the wife went to Blue Mountain last time, my brother and his wife wanted to go too. So we all went one last time before Blue Mountain DH closed for the season. There was some bad news though - it was raining all week. We weren't about to cancel our trip, so we went anyway. Sadly, the trails we were most excited about were closed due to slick conditions. The fast trails with slanting bridges, wall rides, big jumps, and drops were all closed. Most of what was left were blue tech trails except for a black tech trail called O-Chute, and a black berm trail called Showcase. We originally planned to spend the whole weekend if the weather didn't go to sh*t, but instead, we turned it in to a day trip and went hope the same day. We basically kept riding as they slowly closed the trails one by one until only one trail was left open. The camera doesn't pick up the rain. Throughout the video, there is a light shower of rain that gets stronger as the day progresses. If you pay attention to our tires, you can see the mud accumulate on our tires over the course of the day. We had tons of crashes off camera, but all in all, we had a fun time.
