SOUP
My Stove Top Version

Today's Soup
5 pds peeled and diced taters
1/2 med onion diced
3 cans chicken broth
salt and pepper to taste
cook on high for 3 hrs
mash a few times with masher
8oz sour cream
1/2 pint half and half
cook on high for another 3 hrs
Stir and serve with Bacon, Green Onion and Cheese ( all optional )
