Regarding the Case Study, it’s important to note that the Assessors will typically view in sections and have been trained to ensure that the key elements, as described in your candidate guide, are in these sections as well.

You are welcome under the headings, to put subheadings to direct and reference if it's a Key issue, solution or option and more. And by doing this, creates and shows due care and consideration, for those reviewing.

Now, depending on your scope, background and day-to-day role, you will and might start from a more technical point of view, but as I have mentioned, it’s a professional report that needs to be produced. Keep that in mind when you are writing.
