Best to learn the game with IMO:

-Chun has easy footsies and hit confirms.
-Ken also has great footsies and hit confirms.
-Ryu is really straight forward and Denjin is super strong at all levels of play.
-Dudley has a good jump with HK. High/Low up close leading into super is pretty intuitive.
-Yang isn't as strong as Yun, but piloting Genei Jin with Yun when learning the game might not be very effective.
-Alex, like Dudley, has a pretty good jump which leads into command grab oki.
