After testing raw performance and receiving few questions about how that relate to gaming I tested it with the 8 games and results are in the video. To not add additional random factor in already too close loading times with live stream recording that would use MBO/CPU/drive bandwidth timing is done offline and videos later added just as a filler. Every test is repeated minimum 5 times to get more stable baseline and any too off results are disregarded and tests repeated.

Drives tested:
- Samsung 980 PRO 500 GB,
- Samsung 970 EVO PLUS 500 GB.
Both drives are tested in PCIe Gen 4.0 mode and passively cooled to avoid thermal throttling.

- World of Tanks (time till login screen),
- The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt GOTY (saved game load),
- Fallout: New Vegas (saved game load),
- XCOM 2: War of the Chosen (saved game load),
- Just Cause 4 (complete game load),
- Civilization VI (saved game load),
- FINAL FANTASY XIV: Shadowbringers Benchmark (total load time, 5 scenes).
Tests are done on a Gigabyte X570 Aorus Elite (PCIe Gen 4.0) with Ryzen 3700X, 32 GB of RAM and Radeon RX5600XT.
