Step One: Place dress on Erica, then locate the hole which is located in the center of the right side seam
Step Two: Bring the left sash tie through the hole making sure the sash tie is not twisted
Step Three: Straighten out the front, then take both the left and right ties and bring them towards the back of Erica, crossing them over in the back and then bring it back to the front
Step Four: Once you get back to the front, pull the ties towards you and adjust them to where they fall even (usually to the left of Erica)
Step Five: Tie belt into a bow and make sure tails are even
Step Six: Fix any part of the dress that needs adjusting
