1. Please start by telling us a little bit about your background
2. Could you share with us about your earlier career path and your motivations or inspiration?
3. I must say your film “The Good Future” is really inspiring and it makes us think a lot about the future. The natural scenes that you captured look amazing. Could you share with us your motivation behind this project?
4. When we talk about the future we not only mean our own future but also for our children as well. That’s when it comes to climate change, global warming, the transition to clean energy, sustainability development in general. In your opinion, what are the easiest things that we can do to contribute to a sustainable future?
5. The Good Future Project is all about creating and spreading a new, positive narrative about the future and you said that we are seriously short of the will, the purpose, and the wisdom. So what is the message that you want to deliver to international companies and audiences in the world to create a correct mindset for all?
6. How many members are there in the community of TGFP at the moment? What is your plan to develop this community in the future to help spread the message of a good future for all?
7. What are your opinions on the connection between Technology and Humanity, i.e. digital ethics, technology regulation, the future of AI/AGI, human genome editing, longevity, transhumanism, the future of work and jobs, etc
8. We all know that with the development of technology, especially AI (like the invention of Sophia the Robot), many people think that this is a threat to humanity in some ways, but everything has its pros and cons. Could you share with us your thoughts on this?
9. The invention of robots and intelligent softwares somehow seem to be a threat for the future of work, I mean it can take the jobs of many people and even with higher efficiency. What is your advice for the next generations to develop themselves and adapt with the future of technology in a balanced way?
10. How much control should humans have over digital society? Do you think that we will be way too much into the online world that we may forget about the reality sometimes?
11. How do you see the future of technology, especially web3 and virtual reality in the next 5-10 years?

Gerd did his Basic Studies in Theology from the University of Bonn. As one of the leading futurists worldwide, Gerd has presented at over 1500 leading conferences and events over the past 20 years in the field of digital ethics (the ethics of technology). He has an affluent experience of working extensively with the likes of Microsoft, NBC, Visa, Google, the European Commission, L’Oréal, Audi and IBM, just to name a few.
Gerd is a Forbes column contributor, a fellow of the Royal Society of the Arts (London), a Visiting Professor at the Fundação Dom Cabral in Brazil, and a member of the World Future Society.
He contributes regularly with his insights and thoughts in The Guardian, Harvard Business Review, Business Insider, Wired UK, and interviews with the likes of BBC, CNN, Arirang TV, Swiss SRF, ZDF, ARD, ARTE.
Gerd trained in Jazz Guitar from Berklee College of Music and dedicated significant time in life to music at LicenseMusic.com Inc, Musicrypt, PopKomm Innovation In Music and Entertainment Awards, and Sonific.
