Here’s the locations of all 105 collectibles in the game. There are two types of collectibles (document and recording). For the recording you need to wait for the red circle to be fully loaded in order to collect it.

No collectible are missable since you can load a chapter at any point into the game and they will save. You don’t have restart a new game.

N.B. All collectibles are important for you to understand the story (so read them!)
