Lesee DVBT2 Wi-Fi TV Tuner, watch Tv on your android device without internet connection.
The Lesee dongle converts DVBT-2 channels to a Wi-Fi stream. This stream is then received by a smartphone. The Lesee DVBT-2 Wi-Fi Player application then converts this data into digital TV and Radio channels.
UPDATE & CORRECTION
In the video I mentioned Android Marshmallow, it should have been Android Lollipop. Android 5 is Lollipop, not Marshmallow which is Android 6
