A beautiful Sub-Adult visitor makes her way over to a nearby branch across from N1 to perch for awhile. S/he will fly off and over to a bluff tree. Mom and DM2 are flying above the Bluffs along the creek. Mom has gotten wind of something and high tails it over to the Y-branch vocalizing her warning. Did you see the skier off to the right of the video window before the subadult flew off the branch? Post yes in the comments if you did. It's just a glimpse, easily missed. There are two quick glimpses.
I believe this is a juvenile bald eagle. click on the link below to see images of both Golden eagles and bald eagles. if we could see the legs, Golden eagles have hair on their legs, bald eagles do not. Thanks for watching.
