Today we are making a very quick and easy recipe for pizza dough -- a yeastless pizza dough. It takes only 30-40 minutes to make, including baking the pizza. Wonderful if you want homemade pizza in a hurry! It tastes very good and the texture is lovely and crispy, almost like a cracker. It does not taste as complex as a traditional yeast leavened dough, but it tastes mighty good and it is quite fast! So, try this recipe and I am sure you and your friends and family shall be surprised!
Yeastless Pizza Dough
200g/ 1 1/3 cups flour
125ml/ 1/2 cup + 1-2tblsp water
5g/ 1tsp salt
5g/ 1tsp baking powder
30g/ 2tblsp oil/butter
Feel free to add anything extra to the dough! It's quite versatile. I like to add some black pepper and rye flour, but it's very much up to you. C'est de votre goût!
As for toppings, top as you would top any pizza!
Bake at 500F/260C for 10-12 minutes.
