My old 3500 watt generator was struggling to keep my well pump, air conditioner and refrigerator running. I saw this Powermate 7500 DF and I knew it was time to upgrade. It can run on LP as well as gasoline. I've got LP bottles on my camper and barbeque grill that will hook right up. The Powermate comes with its own LP regulator hose and wheel kit. Everything is there except the gasoline and LP to run it. I especially like the automatic shut-off that works with the on-board CO sensor. Might keep me alive someday. Just wish this generator was a little less noisy and more fuel efficient. But hey, the reputation that this Generac engine comes with is legendary. It almost has me looking forward to the next hurricane... almost, but not quite lol.
