MAC 111L/1 authomatic horizontal tying system is flexible, as it has been designed for tying both plastic and steel wires. This system simplifies the cleaning process for the tying machine, ensuring greater safety for the operator. The maintenance and cleaning of the tying machine system is carried out at floor level operations.

Bale dimensions are optimised as MAC 111L/1 produces high density bales with ideal dimensions for the optimum loading of containers and trucks, to make best use of the available volume, as you can see in this video: MAC 111/1 bale dimensions are 1100 X 1100 mm and their weight varies from 627,50 kg, 695,50 kg, up to 750,00 kg.

The V-shaped cutting blades give a perfect line on the upper surface of the bale, allowing the bales to be stored vertically, with higher stability.
