Before baking your springerle cookies, create the dough and allow it to dry to set. Springerle Joy recommends using parchment paper and flour to ensure the cookies don't stick. Watch the video to learn tips such as "bake your cookies on the lowest rack of the oven" and "thicker cookies should be cooked at a lower temperature and for longer." Patrice will also teach what color to look for to ensure doneness, making the springerle baking process as successful as possible.
