Spicy Green-Bean Pasta | Vegetarian Recipe | Quick Recipe
I am sharing with you a simple but nutritious vegetarian recipe.
Vitamins A, C, and K, as well as folic acid and fiber, are abundant in green beans, string beans, and snap beans. They're close to snap peas in terms of nutrition.
INGREDIENTS:
300 grams cooked spaghetti pasta
270 grams green beans or less
60-100 grams mushrooms
20 grams onion ( minced)
25 grams red bell pepper
100 grams veggie tapa ( optional)
1 clove garlic ( minced)
1/2 TSP ground black pepper
1/4 TSP pepper flakes (can be adjusted)
1/2 cut Knorr cube (preferred flavor) not mentioned in video caption
2 TBSP vegetable oil
1TBSP butter unsalted
1 1/3 cups water
SALT to taste
