1. Chill your favorite cookie dough in the fridge
2. Scoop out nickel sized portions with a spoon and roll between CLEAN hands into a ball
3. Freeze the dough for an hour
4. Meanwhile, melt ½ cup chocolate chips with 1 tsp of coconut oil
5. When balls are frozen, dip them one at a time, into the melted chocolate mixture and set each one aside on parchment paper or wax paper on a tray that will fit back in your freezer.
6. Top with sprinkles or chopped nuts and freeze for 20 minutes!
