Breakthrough design talent from across the UK came together in London on Wednesday 10 October to exhibit at The Furniture Makers’ Company’s 2018 Young Furniture Makers exhibition.

Around 90 pieces of furniture and lighting from GCSE and A Level students through to BA and MA graduates packed out the Dutch Church and Furniture Makers’ Hall in Austin Friars, London, contributing to one of the best displays in the exhibition’s more than 10 year history.

The Young Furniture Makers exhibition is an exciting forum for students of all levels - from GCSE through to post graduate and young professional - to show their work to top industry companies. Numerous awards and prizes are presented, including our Young Furniture Makers Bespoke, Design and Innovation Awards, School Design Prizes, industry partnership awards, and the Best in Show Prizes.
