Assembling the Frame, Forks, Swingarm, Shocks, Wheels, Tank, Seat and Side covers.
No video of the tubes/tires going on the rims as I hit something other than the record button, but the Hutchinson GP-1's go on really easily so wasn't much to see anyway.
I used Mobile 1 Synthetic Grease for all bearings.

and wire wheeled all bolts and applied "Fluid Film" Rust and Corrosion preventive spray.
