A Kenyan soldier has been killed in clashes between rival militias in the east of the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC).

The soldier, attached to the East African Community Regional Force, was shot dead after fighting broke out between the M23 rebels and the Wazalendo militia in the town of Kibumba. SABC's Chris Ocamringa has more from Kinshasa
