Hi friends today i am sharing a wonderful dish that is very good for our health. That is small fish curry i have already uploded small fish by name in telugu isNethallu.
Fish is a popular food in india.It has a lot of health benefits in it.

Fish may lower your Risk of Heart Attacks and Strokes.
It help to keep our skin look younger ,It is very good in vitamin E,A,D.
Salmon fish can helps to fight with Cancer and lowers blood pressure.

Ingredients.....
Small fish (Nethallu)- 1/2 kg
(cleaned & washed)
Oil---------4 to 5 tsp
Red chilli pwd ---------2 tsp
Onion--------1 big sized
Spring onions-------------- 1 cup chopped
Green chilles-------2 or 3
Garam masala--------1/2 tsp
Coriander pwd-------1/2 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste-------------- 1-1/2 tsp
Turmeric---------1/4 tsp
Red chilli pwd-------2 tsp
Coriander leaves chopped-----2 tsp
Salt ----- As per your taste
