Making traditional soup from Pike called "Ukha" or "Уха". Very delicious and super healthy, has very unique taste that you cannot forget. Very simple to make but need patience, overall process takes about 3-4 hr. There are other varieties of Ukha made from different fish, such as walleye, perch, cat fish etc.. but the best fish to use in my opinion is pike.
Ingredients: Pike, yellow potato, carrots, onion, dill, green onion, bay leaf, pepper, salt.
