On April 9th, 2015, the Ukrainian Parliament adopted the laws on decommunization. According to them, more than 52 thousand placenames have been changed in the country over 4 years. More than 300 historical names were restored.
Serhiy Ryabenko, expert of the Institute of National Remembrance, tells about the results.
