The 4 properties are:
Iberostar Dominicana and Iberostar Punta Cana - two hotel-style buildings with many rooms - great for families with a lower budget
Iberostar Selection Bavaro Suites - small 8-apartment villas - also great for families, larger rooms, a bit quieter and with lots of opportunity for walking in the shade.
Iberostar Grand Bavaro - an adults-only resort for those with a bigger budget that enjoy a more quiet and private stay, without children.
The 4 hotels are not really delimited and they feel like one huge property. However, there are some limitations on what you can enjoy depending on where you booked your vacation.
