This is a video showing my 325lb Anderson front squat performed to a little below parallel depth. The Anderson squat is a bottoms up pin squat, and this is the third session I have performed this specific variation. I am specifically using this lift to build quad and core strength, which are weak links for my sumo deadlift. Prior to my ramp up sets for this lift, I performed 3 sets each of leg extensions, Roman chair hip extensions, lat pulldowns, cable rows, and overhead cable elbow extensions. Then I performed 4 sets of easy front rack reverse lunges and 3 sets of light dynamic effort front pin squats prior to my ramp up Anderson front squat sets. After this top single, I performed 5 sets of Roman chair hip extension and 3 sets each of pin front squats, Roman chair trunk lateral flexion, hanging leg raises, and lateral raises.
