a simple explanation of how to find out how fast the earth orbits the sun
alls what you have to do is take the distance to the sun (radius) time 2 pi to get path (circumference) then divide that by how many days there are in a year (one orbit)
this calculation will give you the speed or velocity of earth as it revolves or orbits around the sun
