Science and Society (SY) is an AGU section. Integrating science and society can lead to innovative outcomes for academic research, environmental health, and social wellbeing. Released in celebration of the 2019 American Geophysical Union Centennial with support from an AGU Centennial Award, this video explains the impact of integrating science and society and introduces the, recently renamed, SY section at AGU.
