There are some customers who face the pairing issue.
Since both earbuds need to be paired with each other before connecting to the phone or any Bluetooth devices.
1. Forget i11 Bluetooth connection.
2. Long Press the power button to reset the connection.
3. Take one of these earbuds and see the blinking light.
4. Take another earbud and see the blinking light.
5. Wait and see one of the earbuds is stopping the blinking light means both earbuds are pairing.
6. Start to connect the Bluetooth between i11 and your device.
