This is a super full body workout, such a fun song. Here are the instructions involved:
Chumbawumber – Tubthumping ‘I get knocked down’
You start jogging on the spot – When you hear ‘I get knocked down’ perform a burpee for the advanced option, and a squat thruster for the intermediate option.
First chorus hold a plank.
Second chorus – ‘Danny boy’ – Squat hold.
Then when it changes back into the main verse you start jogging again and complete the burpees or squat thrusters.
