Baltimore Mayor Brandon Scott on Tuesday spoke with the 11 News I-Team, sharing his thoughts about the controversy surrounding City Council President Nick Mosby's ethics violation ruling. At Monday night's City Council meeting, Mosby told 11 News he will comply with the Baltimore City Board of Ethics' request, all the while maintaining he did nothing wrong. The ethics board ruled Mosby violated ethics rules, saying he indirectly solicited money for a legal defense fund.
