How long does it take to get an expedited passport?
If you selected routine passport service, the passport processing time can take anywhere from 4-8 weeks depending on the time of year and the number of passport applications being processed. If you selected expedited service at the post office it may take 2-3 weeks, though it's not guaranteed.
