That's right WINE from COKE! We made a Cherry Coke Wine and carbonated it in a mini keg. There's a few issues with fermenting cola, or soda, or Coke, since... they like to add a LOT of weird things to these beverages! Acids, preservatives, yeah, not great for fermenting into wine. So... we had to find a way around that.
Ingredients:

1 lb (.45 kg) Sugar

Back Sweeten with Sugar to Specific Gravity of 1.030 (or your preference)
