Here is a short time lapse video of me wiring up by brood frames. I’m placing the frames on a homemade jig that puts the sides of the frame under tension. So once I have wired the frames I release the pressure which helps to add a little extra tension to the wire. Once I have completed this process I will add the foundation sheets and embed the wire into the wax using a battery charger.
