Assalam -o-Alaikum, Adv.Ahmed Nasir is here in this chapter we've discussed that how to deal with if someone lodge false or fack FIR against us, there are two ways to deal with, all depends upon Police Chalan. If police do not submit the chalan in lower court then we have remedy to go to High Court in form of writ where as if police submit the chalan in court then we will go through in other way. We file application of 249-A before Magistrate, 265-K before Session Judge and 561-A before High Court. We have an other remedy in form or cancellation report. We also have discussed about the punishment of lodging false FIR.
