Kurganmashzavod, a division of Rostec’s High-Precision Complexes holding company, has delivered a fresh batch of upgraded BMP-3 infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) to Russian troops, featuring the new 'Cape' camouflage system, alongside BMD-4M airborne combat vehicles.
The company's experts analyzed operational feedback from recent military engagements to refine the BMP-3. The latest batch of vehicles, known as “troikas,” now come equipped with standard sets of additional protection, upper hemisphere defense systems, and 'capes' designed to reduce visibility.
