Together Gibraltar says the Minister for Education's response to questions about a 'conflict of interest' in relation to the new St Mary's School is 'unconvincing'.   

In a GBC interview yesterday, John Cortes said there had been no conflict of interest between the Government and the owners of the new school, which include past and present members of Hassans the law firm, where the Chief Minister is also a partner.   

However, the Government has hit back against Party leader accusing her of 'hypocrisy'.
