Residents of Mabule village in the North West, on the border with Botswana, are calling for more regular border patrols. They say cross-border crime is rife. This comes after community members apprehended two Batswana nationals last week for stealing ducks and peacocks. They say stolen cars, furniture and other goods are being transported illegally into Botswana.
