Ingredients:
1 Lb or 1/2 kilo of peeled fava beans, soaked for more than two hours, washed and drained
Leaves of coriander
A tablespoon of Coriander seeds
One sliced green onion
Half a whole head of Garlic and 5 chopped cloves
jalapeno or hot green peppers
A teaspoon of cumin
Salt, to taste
3 tablespoons of oil
Directions:
Put the oil in a pot on the stove
Put the crushed garlic and fry until yellow and add the coriander seeds .. Add the chopped green pepper, fry a little, then add the peeled fava beans and stir
Add the chopped green onions and green coriander leaves.. Cover the pot with water so that it covers the whole mixture.. Leave it until it boils.. Then turn the fire to low, cover and leave to ripen within an hour.
Ground with the blender, add the cumin, and adjust the salt
Pour into serving dishes and eat with bread
