We speak to Laurus Basson, a test flight engineer with a master’s degree in mechanical engineering. In this episode, Laurus tells us about his career in the SAAF and afterwards, explaining flight tests on various aircraft including the Augusta 109, Turboprop Dakota, South African made Ovid training aircraft, Pilatus trainers, and many more.
