Tsunade is a character that has always been known for her great neutral and damage in the Storm Franchise. She can easily overwhelm a lot of opponents with her pressure and her new jutsu also allows her to play from a distance now. Her new kit lets her to deal even more damage than before and her new combo routes give her better options. She is a threat on the field that shouldn’t be taken lightly!

Tsunade has two primary jutsus in her arsenal. Her first jutsu allows her to leap forward towards the enemy and smash down on the ground. On hit it causes the opponent to be in an airborne state and it can easily be continued with a ninja dash. This is one of her strongest tools, since it has armor during its activation. This means that you are safe whenever you are past the start-up frames of this jutsu. Another great fact about this jutsu is that you are able to use this in the air. It is a great way to mix up your opponent and hit them when they least expect it.
Her second jutsu allows her to summon out Katsuyu. She will spit out three acid shots at your opponent that causes them to be in a crumbling state on hit. It is a great ranged option and a very nice jutsu for Tsunade to have. This way you are not forced to always be on the offensive and it allows you to play even better neutral than before!
Overall, Tsunade in Connections is a great character and is most definitely a threat on most teams. Be sure to check her out if you haven’t already!
