Hello everyone, welcome back to my channel. This is bit of a different video than I have shared before but I just couldn't help it. I have been doing some serious research on the dairy industry and I am absolutely heartbroken by my findings. I truly hope that you will take a few moments to watch and to check out the resources that I have provided above. There is no reason for drinking milk, eating cheese, and there are some great plant based versions out there that don't contribute to the downfall of our health or to the suffering of cows. Please consider my reasons to eliminate dairy because.....dairy is scary!
